Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 599, after any discounts, and applies within Sweden.
Otherwise, a shipping fee will be added.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normally, delivery takes place within 1-4 working days within Sweden, provided that the item is in our warehouse. Should a product be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Orders are always delivered with PostNord.
Return
You have 14 days (extended return right to 15/1-25) to return the package from the day you received it. In the event of an approved return, we will refund the full original amount, less return shipping.
To return your items, please follow the instructions included with your shipment. Please note that the return process may vary depending on whether you are returning a package or a consignment note. Apply the included return address label to your return shipment and ensure that the goods are securely packed, preferably in the original packaging. Please write the reason for your return on the delivery note.

In order for a return to be approved and you to receive a refund, it is required that the goods have not been used and that they are complete with original price tags. The product must not have any defects such as traces of make-up, skin products, deodorant or other fragrances. The right of withdrawal does not apply if sealing or sealing has been broken. Please note that the customer is always responsible for return shipping, and this cost is not included in the refund.
