Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over 599 SEK, after any discounts, and is valid within Sweden.
Otherwise, a shipping fee of 39 SEK will be added.

Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normally, delivery takes place within 1-3 business days, provided the item is in our warehouse. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Orders are always delivered with PostNord.

Returns

You have 14 days to return the package from the day you receive it. For an approved return, we will refund the full original amount, minus the return fee.

To return your items, please follow the instructions included with your shipment. Note that the return process may vary depending on whether you are returning a package or a parcel letter. Attach the included return address label to your return shipment and ensure the items are securely packed, preferably in the original packaging. Please write the reason for your return on the delivery note.

If you want to exchange an item, please place a new order on our website.

For a return to be approved and for you to receive a refund, the items must not have been used and must be complete with original price tags. The product must not have any defects such as traces of makeup, skincare products, deodorant, or other scents. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal or packaging has been broken. Please note that the customer is always responsible for the return shipping cost, and this cost is not included in the refund.
